Description

1950s 60s Vendôme hand-knotted glass iridescent pearl necklace with sterling silver components. The shape of the pearls is similar to Miriam Haskell in style. The components have “Sterling” imprinted and Vendôme imprinted on the clasp. Hook clasp set with rhinestones and an extender chain of smaller pearls. Well-crafted and the pearls have a nice weight to them.

maker: Vendôme. Vendôme was Coro’s high-end line of jewelry.

condition: appears to be worn very little. Rhinestones are a little yellowed. This is not visible, but on close inspection there is some oxidation on the metal components inside the pearls on the extender chain.

measurements:
length: 16 1/2″
width: @3/4″
extender length: 2 5/8″
