shipping + returns


Most orders ship between 1-3 days of placing your order. If you need an order expedited, please leave a note with your order stating the date you need your order by. Only express and overnight shipping methods can guarantee delivery by a certain date.

Domestic shipping is normally USPS First Class or Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Please contact us for expedited shipping options (USPS Express or FedEx Express).

Overseas and Canada shipping is normally First Class International. Please contact us for expedited shipping options (USPS Priority or Express International). International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees.

Returns are reviewed on a case by case basis. Some items, like delicate items from the 1930’s and earlier and discount items, are not returnable, so please ask questions prior to ordering. For returns, contact us within 24 hours of receipt to receive authorization and ship back within 48 hours, no exceptions. Your return will only be accepted if you follow our return policy and receive authorization to send the item back.

**Ask us prior to ordering if an item can be returned for fit issues. If you are concerned about size or condition issues, we are happy to help, take additional measurements, compare your measurements, provide additional photos, take photos of interior seams, etc…**

**For folks new to vintage online shopping, we do not rent clothing. Most of our clothing is clean and ready to wear and you wearing the clothing will be obvious.**

**ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT SIZE BEFORE PURCHASING. Take the time to check the item’s measurements, check your measurements, and talk to us about the fit before you place your order. Understand that vintage clothing, especially tailored pieces and dresses from the 1950’s, may require minor alterations to fit perfectly, even if the measurements work, so have realistic expectations when it comes to fit straight out of the box.**

• We reserve the right to refuse packages that do not follow our return policy. Any returns/packages received without notification and return authorization will be refused.

Non-pickup of orders: If you do not pickup your order from the post office and the package sits until it is returned back to us, your refund may be forfeited or you may be charged a restocking fee.
