SHIPPING

Most orders ship between 1-3 days of placing your order. If you need an order expedited, please leave a note at checkout stating the date you need your order by. Only express and overnight shipping methods can guarantee delivery by a certain date.

Domestic shipping options are USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Express or FedEx Ground.

Overseas and Canada shipping options are USPS First Class International, USPS Priority International and USPS Express International. Please note that international customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees. If your country is not showing up at checkout, please contact us so that we can make an exception.

Multi-item orders/combined shipping: please note that the combined shipping cost on multi-item orders will most likely be less than the shopping cart calculation due to varying box sizes and weights. Shipping FedEx for heavier domestic shipments will also mean a decrease in shipping costs. Contact us for real quotes.

RETURNS

I no longer accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me within 48 hours of receipt if you have any problems with your order. I want customers to be happy, so contact me prior to ordering about fit and check your measurements. I will make exceptions for returns, like an odd cut or shoe fit, but you must ask me prior to ordering. I have been selling vintage clothing for almost two decades and have always given a detailed condition report so that you know exactly what you are purchasing. Please ask questions if you need further info or additional photos. I can help with the fit – just ask.

*You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. If a return is authorized, you must ship back within 48 hours.
*Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and shipped back with care.
*Your return will only be accepted if you follow our return policy and receive authorization to send the item back (do not send items back without first contacting us).
*All items from the 1930’s and earlier are not returnable
*All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
*Items may be marked as non-returnable or returnable in the individual ad

*Inquire about size or fit prior to ordering. We are happy to take additional measurements, compare your measurements, provide additional photos, take photos of interior seams, etc…
*Understand that vintage clothing, especially tailored pieces and dresses from the 1950’s, may require minor alterations to fit perfectly, even if the measurements work, so have realistic expectations.
*For folks new to vintage online shopping, we do not rent clothing. Most of our clothing is clean, refurbished and ready to wear.
*if you do not pick your order up from the post office/customs and it is returned to us, your refund may be forfeited.
*We reserve the right to refuse packages that do not follow our return policy. Any returns/packages received without notification and return authorization will be refused.

If you are new to vintage, online shops usually only accept returns for an egregious error in the description. However, I used to accept returns, no questions asked. Sorry to say, but over the past 5 or so years, most customers did not do a good job sending the item back, wore and/or damaged the item. Once the return is received, I have to check the condition of the item all over again, every seam, and then clean/repair the item if it is worn/damaged. It’s best for everyone if I spend my time shopping, repairing, cleaning and listing new items.
