1940s 3D ribbon print gray blue wool dress (moth damage)

Description

This dress has issues, but the 3D ribbon print was too great to pass up. 1940s gray-blue soft lightweight wool dress with green + white ribbon print. V-neckline with gathers across the bust and shoulders. Slightly puffed shoulder sleeves. Gored skirt with awesome knife pleats along the front skirt. Side metal zipper.

label: at back neck, but unreadable

condition: fair/good condition, but still wearable. Freshly cleaned and ready to wear, but serious moth damage on the front skirt – see photos. All holes have been backed with interfacing to prevent worsening. Some age spots, but not noticeable due to busy print.
