Shiny! 1920s Whiting & Davis gold mesh gate-top beggars purse/reticule. Patterned top. Accordion-style opening. Lined with a gold faille fabric.
label: Whiting & Davis co. mesh bags, trademark reg, made in USA
condition: wonderful condition for age. Bright like new, appears to be used very little. Small dots of oxidation and a couple scuffs on the flip-top. One small pinhole in the lining.
