Check out the pockets on this jacket! 1940s red and black check wool jacket with wonderful pocket detail. Shoulder pads, tapered sleeves and narrow pointed cuffs. Fitted waist and hip. Black glossy buttons, possibly wooden. Lined with a black rayon crepe.

condition: excellent. Fabric is crisp and bright, little sign of wear. Checked for any issues like stains, holes and loose seams. On close inspection there is a tiny nibble on the top right shoulder, under the collar, but it is not all the way through and is not noticeable at all. A couple tiny pulls, but nothing noticeable.
