1930s 40s purple + white collared gingham cotton blouse top

Description

1930s 40s purple and white gingham cotton blouse with an exaggerated pointed collar and white facetted glass buttons up the front. Puffed sleeves with ties at the cuff, tie is laced through a buttonhole. Placket from the neckline down the front with six buttons, one button at the waist. Collar comes to a point in the back, like a handkerchief tied around the neck. Collar can be tied in front or hang straight, like in photos.
