1940s black rayon dress with lace insets

Description

1940s black rayon dress with delicate Chantilly lace insets at the neckline and sleeves. Cute peter pan collar of the same lace. Striking silver leaf on shiny black plastic buttons up the back. Shoulder pads, side metal zipper with the back button opening as well. No labels, unlined.

condition: dress is excellent, the lace is amazing with no flaws found (which is rare with a fine lace). No holes, stains or wear, dress appears to be worn very little, however there is iron shine on sleeves (see last pic) and inside hem (not visible). Hem has been adjusted.
