condition: The jacket has many moth holes, see photos, but they are not blatantly noticeable. The most noticeable one is on the back and you can see the white mannequin fabric underneath. Some wear to the faille, see photos. Although imperfect, still a great looking jacket.

Description
Awesome 1940s black wool crepe jacket with a dramatic peplum waist. Wasp-like waist, tailored bust. Huge shoulder pads and tapered sleeves. Thick black faille fabric insert around the center of the peplum. Buttons and buttonholes are also made of the black faille fabric. Unlined.
label: professionally made – no labels, but owner had many Lilli Ann, Don Loper and Dorothy O’Hara pieces.
