1940s yellow cotton dress with crochet inserts

Description

1940s yellow cotton dress with a cutout zigzag knit waistline (see close-ups). Cap sleeves, v-neckline with a collar and a 14 gored (paneled) skirt. Attached double tie belt. Side metal zipper.

care: hand-wash

condition: freshly cleaned and ready to wear. Bright and crisp with no loose seams, holes, or noticeable issues. One minor pin dot on the underarm of the left sleeve, pin dot marks on each shoulder from a metal hanger (one left, two on the right) and two pin dots on the collar on the right side (one is right on the inner fold). These pin dots faded significantly with cleaning and are tiny, but because this is a light fabric, we are mentioning.
