Description

1960s 70s Razook’s burnout burgundy velvet and gold sparkle maxi dress. Reminds me of a Pauline Trigere dress and this owner had several Trigere’s that will be listed soon. Not sure if Razook’s removed the designer labels, but this label was a high-end designer boutique back in the day. Wide attached belt dotted with rhinestones of varying sizes. Fully lined, with the exception of the sleeves, with a beige silky lining. Zipper opening up the back with hook and eye closures at the neck. Snap closures at the back skirt. Fabric is most likely a synthetic, a sheer nylon or rayon blend probably.

label: Razook’s high-end boutique. No designer labels, but this dress was owned by a women who owned several Pauline Trigere dresses.

condition: excellent/near mint for age. Fabric is crisp and bright showing little to no wear. Checked for any issues like stains, holes and loose seams. Well cared for and rhinestones are all appear to be present and firmly intact.
