1970s black and gold burnout velvet halter evening dress with a cape neckline. Black sheer nylon with burnout gold velvet dots of varying sizes. Black velvet bodice and burnout velvet skirt. Fully lined with the exception of the cape. Zipper up the back with hook and eye closures at the back neck.

condition: very good, but presents excellent, looks and feels barely worn. Fabric is crisp and bright. Checked for any issues like stains, holes and loose seams. On close inspection there are pulls/picks in the sheer cape as well as small holes in the skirt, but not noticeable while wearing.
