1970s 80s sheer black chiffon with and gold fleck-like design blouse and skirt dress set. Fabric may be a blend, definitely rayon. Two tiered ruffle collar and ruffle cuffs. Button front blouse with a black satin tie around the neck (please note that the tie is a dark black, not purple like photos…the fabric reflected color oddly in bright light). Button closures at cuffs. Wide ruffle hem skirt. Skirt has side pockets, side zipper opening and a hook and eye closure at the side waist. Blouse is lined with a sheer poly chiffon, sleeves are unlined. Sheer poly chiffon underskirt.
