wearable 1920s black silk button dress

Description

1920’s black silk dress with black silk button and applique designs. Pointed collar with appliqued designs and buttons down the sides. Sets of three buttons down front of dress with a keyhole neckline. Dropped waist with the appliqued design around the front waistline and partly around the back. left side swag on the skirt.

Condition: Very good for age. Checked thoroughly inside and out. On close inspection there several pulls and a couple small runs in the fabric – nothing noticeable. The hem and the sides look like they have been adjusted and it’s a little odd, but not noticeable. The underarms are discolored (purplish) and there are some slight discoloration spots on the on the front skirt.
