1930s red + white cutout flower cotton dress with accordion pleat accents. Ruffle down arms trims a keyhole opening, see photos. Gored skirt. Side snap opening.

condition: fair/good. Fabric is crisp and bright, freshly cleaned and ready to wear. There is staining along the front waist and the pleated silk is discolored. Silk trim around neckline is starting to fray. Still sturdy and wearable, staining around waist should come out with some oxy spot treatment.
