sassy 1950s Jantzen ‘Italian Line’ cutout bathing suit

RARE 1950s Jantzen super sassy crisscross cutout black stretchy faille fabric bathing suit. From the Jantzen 1955 sexy “Italian Line.” Straps can be tied like a halter, crisscrossed or shortened to shoulder straps. Constructed bust. Backside is unlined, front is doubled fabric with skirt. Metal zipper up the back with interior hook and eye closures.

condition: Excellent for age. Freshly cleaned and ready to wear. Checked for any issues like stains, holes and loose seams. On close inspection, there is a small rust mark on the right strap, the interior strap holders are purplish (not visible while wearing) and the nylon crotch lining needs to be replaced (see close-ups). I may have this done if the suit does not sell right away. I can send you a pic, but it needs to be replaced.
