1950s Dan Millstein Blin + Blin brown wool blend jacket with a mink bow collar

As you may know, Blin + Blin provided the imported French fabrics for a good deal of Lilli Ann suits and coats. This fabric is no exception – brown silky and soft, like a cashmere-wool blend. New Look design, dolman sleeves with narrow pointed cuffs. Wasp waist and constructed hip. Fabric buttons up the front. Hip and breast pockets. Great mink collar shaped into a bow at the front neck. Lined with a brown rayon crepe. Even comes with an extra button sewn inside.

condition: excellent/near mint. Fabric is crisp and bright, looks barely worn. Checked for any issues like stains, holes and loose seams. On close inspection, the only issue is very slight discoloration to the lining which is not noticeable while wearing.
